| We had a very good experience in working with Kurt. There were two things that really stood out in working with Kurt.The first is, we had given Kurt certain criteria we were looking for in buying a home. He did a tremendous amount of research in helping us find a house that meets our criteria. I have never worked with an agent who did there homework as Kurt had done. The second is, during the contract negotiations Kurt always kept our best interest at heart. He never focused on himself and the commission he could make on the house. How many agents can you find like this? If I ever have someone ask me about if I would recommend an agent Kurt would be the person.
