Keswick Village is wedged between Keswick Park and Johnson Ferry Rd. Most homes in this neighborhood were built in the late 1940's and into the early 1950's in the "Cottage" or "Cape Cod" style. Most homes in Keswick Village sell in the $300's and many have been nicely updated of late. Oftentimes renovations include finishing the attic space and adding bedrooms and bathrooms. Just add a white picket fence and you will have the ultimate "cute" house for certain buyers. If you can settle for driveway parking (very few have carports or garages) you can get a nice home in a great location for a little more than $300k.
You can walk to Keswick Park and still be in buckhead in 10 minutes.
Keswick Village is a very popular little neighborhood, but if you see something you like you need to move on it because there usually are not very many homes for sale in this small neighborhood.
